Our management games and other activities are metaphors for real life. Participating in an enjoyable activity or role play is an opportunity to take a step back from the real issues that companies face. They allow the participants to put these issues into perspective and to experience them in a different context where mistakes are allowed and even welcomed in order to be better trained to cope with the different situations.
Cooperation is emphasised in all our activities. Cooperation is to autonomy what the tree is to the forest. The growth of each one increases our global heritage or capital which remains an individual property. By belonging to a group we can make use of all the available resources.
Cooperation is not just everyone walking in the same direction, it is participating in a common project because one believes in it and identifies with its objective. With competition there are winners and losers, whilst with cooperation, it's the group that wins, the common goal is shared (win or lose). Cooperation leads to cohesion, requires shared values, resources, information and ... results ! Mutual trust saves time and energy !
