Cultivate your market, your niche product
Overview
LIVON helps you deliver coherent messages and win market recognition.

Livon is a day-long interactive programme, designed to help companies with widespread sales and distribution networks to communicate a clear, coherent identity whilst differentiating themselves in a strongly competitive market.

During the Livon programme, the participants form teams and participate in the struggle for market share with local branches of four other highly competitive companies. Their main objective : to attract and retain their clients in a very competitive environment where product placement, communication, price, prestige and reputation are all important factors.
Throughout the activity, the teams put into practice strategies defined by headquarters, drawing their own conclusions on product placement, how to attract new clients and satisfy the needs of current clients. They will measure the gains and losses in profit and market share, as well as their market image.
