Contact Haute Performance est une activité ludique, un jeu de management, consacrée au thème de la synergie et de l’efficacité collective. Elle met en exergue les comportements et systèmes créateurs de valeur ajoutée. En quelques minutes, Contact Haute Performance met les participants en situation de communication et d’échanges. Ils vont ainsi découvrir les composantes d’une collaboration efficace.

Objectifs
- Briser la glace, créer la convivialité,
- Faciliter la communication,
- Développer la confiance et la synergie,
- Favoriser les échanges entre tous les participants,
- Mettre en évidence le rôle de l’information,
- S’approprier les clés de la création de valeur par la communication.
Principaux enseignements
- Développer le sens de la communication et du partage de l’information, afin d’enrichir les tâches quotidiennes et l’efficacité collective,
- Mieux identifier les besoins des clients internes ou externes,
- Ensemble, on a atteint un résultat supérieur qu'en individuel,
- Accroître la force de négociation et l’aptitude à conclure.

- Une responsabilité accrue sur la dynamique collective,
- La compréhension de l’importance des ressources immatérielles de l’entreprise,
